This full-time position plays a key role in supporting both our internal team and our caregiving staff by managing human resources functions of our company.
The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, highly organized, and comfortable balancing administrative HR responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Duties:
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and orientation of caregivers.
- Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Track certifications, licenses, background checks, and required training.
- Support employee relations, including communication, documentation, and policy adherence.
- Ensure compliance with home care and labor regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in human resources, office administration, or healthcare administration.
- Scheduling experience (home care, healthcare, or similar field preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of home care regulations is a plus.
