Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide meal preparation and assistance with feeding, if necessary.
- Offer medication reminders and assist with mobility and transfers.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support during evening hours.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team regarding any changes or concerns.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Properly registered & insured vehicle.
- Clear background check.
- COVID vaccination.
- Every other weekend availability.
